Contact Lens Optician
Pam is delighted to be celebrating 20 years since Spectrum Eyecare opened in 1991. She has an Honours Diploma in Contact Lenses and splits her time fitting these and running the practice.
Our specialized lenses include SoClear, Synergyes and Ortho K.

Dispensing Optician Extraordinaire
Julian's love of Optics has made him a specialist in his own field. No prescription and no face shape are too daunting for Julian he positively rises to the challenge. This has gained him the utmost respect amongst his colleagues and patients alike.
Angela Whitney FBDO RSTA Craniosacral
Dispensing Optician
Angela is our part-time Dispensing Optician as she has a second string to her bow. Above the main floors of the practice are some therapy rooms called the Well Being Centre. Here Angela practices as a Cranial Sacral Therapist.
Colin Davidson BSc (Hons) MCOptom
Optometrist
Having worked with Pam over 20 years ago Colin is delighted to be back in Lewes.
He is currently undergoing the Independent Prescribing Qualification.
Colin also teaches and assesses students for the College of Optometrists.
Sarah Daniels BSc (Hons) MCOptomDCLP
Optometrist
Has worked for many respected opticians including Moorfields Eye Hospital. Owns a Grand piano and has recorded several CD's of her music, has a passion for anything chocolate.
Mandy Davidson BSc (Hons) MCOptom
Optometrist
Specializes in children's eye care. Hobbies include a jewellery range using her own handmade lampwork glass beads.
Celeste Cook BSc (Hons) MCOptom
Optometrist
Originally from Ireland with a lovely Irish brogue also a chocoholic, loves running and horse riding. Well known for her cartooning with an artistic flair.
Jackie Gilligan
Accounts Manager
Raised huge amounts of funds for Spectrum Eyecare to sponsor a Guide Dog for the Blind, by cycling with her husband Clive from Lands End to John O'Groats. As Jackie lives in Lewes we all descend on her at Bonfire night and enjoy her kind hospitality as she has fantastic views of the celebrations.

Gail joined us having worked for Parker Pens in Newhaven for 20 years, where she met her husband Dale. She has two daughters Holly and Georgia. Holly has also joined us as a Saturday girl.
Jo Taylor FBDO
Dispensing Optician
Jo worked with Pam over 20 years ago and although mainly on reception she is also a Dispensing Optician. She splits her time between here and home with husband Larry and their son Lewis who is fast growing up.
Helen Tigg
Dispensing Optician
Helen has a wealth of Optics experience spanning 20+ years. She continues dabbling in her hobbies of picture framing and furniture painting.
Jannine Jones
Receptionist
Jannine joins us after a busy career in the pharmaceutical industry. She has a very small dog called Rollo and a very small husband, only one of which rules the roost at home. We will be watching her singing with the Brighton Festival Chorus at the Proms this year.
